Stacey joined me in the pool today. We saw meg after, she did stim/ice focusing on my hip this time since my knee pain wasnt tender to the touch anymore. I woke up early this morning got a good stretch in, and foam roll. I am stretching both sides because I know that was my mistake last time. I took advil after my workout. I'll jump in the pool tomorrow for good measure.
