Built off the progression run from last week. Unfortunately I assumed that the workout was going to be the same as we had been doing, and I know last time you had said to build off it. It wasn't until I was half way through and Coach Linda asked me what I was doing I realized I was wrong. Anyway I worked my way down from 6:50 to 6:00 with the 2.5% incline, and it was nice to get my legs moving. My legs felt sore towards the end but not terribly so.
