Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Was on the treadmill after work today. I did a 2 mile workout, and started with 8.0 at 2% for 2 miles. I then started the workout at 8.7 at 5% and I did that for a mile. At this point the incline was just really annoying me for some reason I don't know why. I then moved it down to 2% and kept it between 10-10.5mph for the next 5 miles. It felt kind of hard but it was very satisfying. I cooled down 2 miles in the hallway after, stretched a lot and did push-ups after.
