Last day of the week to get some mileage in. I missed yesterday and missed the opportunity to have a high mileage week. With GDC around just a week away maybe it was for the best to take a true rest day. I can hit the week nice a refreshed and head into the GDC weekend on a solid role!

Half way through the month and I am on pace for 130 miles. I have also ran 9 of 14 days. My legs feel good and I will need to hydrate and stretch through out the week. As well as focusing on hydration and nutrition. And I CAN NOT neglect push ups and sit ups. The Gasparilla Half Marathon is not the end race and this is more of a stepping stone into the "championship" race March 22nd. I am looking at breaking 1:20 but I am also at a point where I need to keep my mileage 30-35 for this week and the next week. There are 5 weeks 35 days from now to the end of the season so we have plenty of time to improve and get in some solid training!!
