Shin still hurt so I went in the pool today. Almost feels more like my calf than my shin but I can't tell so I'll wait it out til it stops hurting. I couldn't stay in the pool longer than an hour because I had stuff to do so I did a workout. 15 minute warmup, 6 x 4 min hard, 1 min easy, 15 min cooldown
