Comments:
Very cold and windy. It actually affected me quite a bit. My mouth kept getting clogged up and I couldn't clear my throat. My splits were mile warm up in 7:33, .96 miles for 6:49 pace, 2.07 tempo run for 5:53 pace, and 2.09 mile cool down in 7:11 pace. The last 3 minutes of my tempo, my throat wouldn't clear. I ran pretty hard for the 12:00 minute tempo. I think if I would have done a 20-25 minute tempo, then 6:00-6:05 would have been the pace. Good workout. I think I am in around 16:50-17:15 shape for 5k.
