Another "underachieving" run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 20ish and sunny

Comments:
David Panushe drove over at 11:30am and we took a leisurely pace through Chevy Chase, MD and Somerset. Must have passed Katherine Treanor's house, but no sign of which one it was or how her hip and finger are doing. I"m feeling a little unsatisfied not to be going at my normal pace for the past few runs, but at least I'm getting out and doing something despite the cold and snow. (In service day was cancelled due to a few inches and in addition to some push-ups, I also spent some time shoveling this morning.
