Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Tried sitting up bike, and recumbent bike within 5 minutes the pain. Elliptical was better but not much. I tried again later after meg used the tool, heat and ultrasound. I tried warming on the elliptical and then did a mile on the treadmill. It hurt so I just gave up.
