Comments:
warm up, drill, 10 30m sprints, 4 50m bounds
6-9 flying 150s every 1:30 - wasn't sure how these would go...decided to do at least half, made it to 6 and decided to go for 7, had some extra rest and did an 8th. Stayed with Juliana or right behind her most of the time so I was happy about that.
Not sure what the 150s were but 33,33,34,34,35,34,35,35 for the 200s
ran 2 miles "faster" (8:11 and 7:48)
