Comments:
had to run in between classes so i went on a quick 20 minute run. felt pretty good. breathing wasn't too great at the end but my legs felt great, considering how icy it was. people don't know how to shovel here.
extra: 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
splits: 9:44, 9:25.
