Pool Run

Comments:
Stacey jumped in the pool with me for 50 minutes. She wanted to do a hard-ish workout. So we definitely had a hard effort. I felt pretty good. Just a really tight hamstring, that felt uncomfortable at some points. I went to Meg after stretched, ice & stim. She said she'll reapply kinesio tape tomorrow.

Workout:
10 minute warmup
2x1 minute hard (1 minute rest/easy)
2 minutes hard (1 minute rest/easy)
3 minutes hard (2 minutes rest/easy)
4 minutes hard (3 minutes rest/easy)
3,2,1,1 hard (same rest as above)
10 minutes cool down.
