Comments:
cent trail east. 11:50 at halfway point, 11:06 on way back. Went out easy but strong, didn't begin to really push until coming back around avista. was pretty tired at end. worked hard to beat previous PR of 23:00. using weightbench for hamstring curls seems to have been paying off while not running
