Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
3x5 minute Treadmill intervals with 5 minutes of weights in between for rest. Going 6:40+ for the first two @ .5 incline, then bumped up the next one to 5:20 pace with 2.0 incline. Did 2x300 shuttle runs in 63 and 61 afterwards with more weights. 6:40s felt like a jog on the treadmill, and 5:20 didn't actually feel too bad!!
