Pool Run

Comments:
Did a 60 minute distance run in the pool at a good effort. My leg still feels sort of the same, which is incredibly frustrating. When it started bothering me last friday I thought I would take the weekend off and be back monday but here I am a week later not feeling that much better. It's annoying because it's not severe like it was last year but is healing so slowly that I don't know when I can safely start again. I just don't want to miss another outdoor season.
