Comments:
Today was a moderate to hard 7 miles after 3 days off. I took two days off to rest for Gasparilla and yesterday it was very cold and windy and I didn't want to risk getting sick for Sunday's race. So Sunday's race...after todays workout I feel very confident that I can sustain a 6 minute mile pace. I need to start to focus on hydrating and eating. The time is now!!!
I ran a 5:20 mile today during my workout. I had scuba pacing me on the bike and I just felt the flow!!
