Winter run

Weather: 18 and clear as sun lowered

Comments:
after working in my classroom for awhile, I managed to get out for something alone before dark. Started along the snow covered overlook trail to Reservoir road at which point I realized my watch hadn't started. Got onto a nicely plowed crescent trail and timed my next mile at 6:45 pace. Turned back at Georgetown waterfront and returned straight back to the lms at well under 7:00 pace. Had no time to stretch. Run felt pretty good, but I had the sensation I was just bluffing and don't have the conditioning to do this regularly.
