Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Easy 6 mile run to loosen up the muscles. I was sore when I got out of bed but I after the first 3 miles my legs started to get some blood flowing to it. It was also a good run to the fact that I am tired and adding that stress is good to my legs. It also is starting off the week with some good mileage. Continue the momentum to the end of the month and then into the next week
