Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Cindy and Justine kindly let me run with them up in the north park area--I don't run that route much so it was fun to change it up. A good easy run so no problems.

I also did a ridiculous workout ab video (no, I am not ashamed to admit it haha, "ab ripper X!") earlier in the day with my friend Ellen. 15 minutes of pain thanks to my main man tony horton...I wonder if anyone else on the team has tried it? my guess is yes.
