I'm on some iron man shit. running 5 days in a row including the Sunday's 13.1 GDC. I traditionally take off the day or two after a race or have a light week. Not this week. There are only 26 days until the Championship race I need to have two hard weeks with some higher mileage and the a faster week with less miles. This is it! This is what I have been training for over the last 4 months. Now we are down to are last 4 weeks. Dedicating myself to a racing season as well as moving up in distance has been interesting. I have definitely become comfortable at the half marathon distance now I need to stay focused and have a race like I did at Slippery Rock or a simpler way...peak performance
