Comments:
Felt OK. Started fast and ran a while at 8:30 pace to sustain myself. Gotta log some miles to get back in shape.
The bottom of my right foot hurt pretty bad, but I still ran 1 last mile fairly quick. Could have maybe gone a tad faster.
