adjusted the assigned fartlek a little bit. workout was 4x3 minutes with 90 second rest, 4x1 min with 30 sec rest. did 4x800 (2:57) with 300 jog recovery then 4x300 (1:00) with 100 jog recovery. nate led the whole thing for me.
