Comments:
This was a pretty fun workout. I know we were meant to do a workout where we build up speed and we tried to do that for the first 2 150's but after that Me and Noah just sorta went off. We probably should have taken it more easy but this did feel very good. We did a jog back to our start point for our rest. The bottom tempo is meant to be at the top for the warmup.
