Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got a longer run in today felt a little sore after it so I stretched a lot so I could recover. My shoulders hurt from the chafing of my shirt because they were burnt. Other than that it was a fine run. I'm gonna try to keep on building my mileage and hopefully I can get to 50+ miles this week.
