Comments:
felt a little sick to the stomach before I ran but I still got through the workout. I really went hard during this workout especially pushing during the middle legs of the reps because it's easy to do the first few reps and the last few but the middle is the harder at least for me. Found a grassy plain that was about 200 meter and I did my reps going one way and back to where I started. I basically went all out for 1:15 which should be around a 10 minute 2 mile I hope to be far under that during the season. I gave myself the same amount of rest time as I had workout time. I started to feel it around rep 4. During my cooldown I got stung in the face by a bee and that sucked.
