Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I got a moderately fast run in today. Plus I played a few hours worth of basketball with a bunch of other people at the resort. I just ran all around the resort again even though it's not all that big. Throughout this week I've done the most mileage since XC season and its felt pretty good. I'm not feeling any nagging injuries or sorenesses which is a good sign.
