Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Since it's Sunday I decided to do a long run but still at a quicker pace.This was the longest run I've done in awhile. I also rolled and stretched afterwards. When I was in the gym at the hotel stretching one of the staff members told me that he saw Usain Bolt working out on a private beach not too long ago. He said that he was doing a sprint workout but with sand bags around his legs so there would be resistance against him. I thought that was pretty cool. Besides running I did a long hike that I had to climb up a few waterfalls.
