I've been out from running a bunch recently due to a cold/ midterms unfortunately. But, glad to be back today, especially since the weather was pretty gorgeous--sunny and bright. Ran with Ben, Ben and Sam in the rc and first intended to do around 40min but ended up going longer. Crunch progression after. Once I get health, I'm going to try to get back on top of my training. I'm really missing the rhythm of consistent training.
