Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
My hamstring was hurting too much after yesterday to venture outside again or even run, so I hit the elliptical. This hammy meltdown was less severe than the one last week, so I could handle the elliptical and didn't have to resort to the bike, which is basically useless.
