Comments:
Couldn't run yesterday cause I was on plane rides all day long but on the plane ride back I got sick and wasn't feeling all that well today still tried to get a little running on the treadmill though. Also lifted and did core. I saw Niall there lifting as well he said he's been doing like 20 miles a week.
