Today's workout was 1 minute hard, 2 minutes easy. This workout felt fast, but I think this is perfect because right now I need to get more comfortable at fast paces. It was windy on the way there. My hard reps at a pace of 5:25, 5:30, 5:19, 5:31, 5:20, 5:06, 4:43.
