Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very hard hill workout today. Seemed harder than usual for some reason. It was only Ben Whitman and me so maybe that had to do with it. Either way we still ran some pretty decent times. At the end I was getting a little light headed and disoriented which is a bit troubling. The run back wasn't great.
