Comments:
I took the last two days of February off. I really wanted to do a long run yesterday but it rained all day. So I figured I could use the rest and would start March on the right foot. Just 22 days until The last race of the season. I had a decent week last week and would like to run slightly more this week with one long run of about 12 miles!
