Comments:
Nice to sleep in and finally catch up on sleep. Ran with Anthony in the late afternoon, and, unsurprisingly, enjoyed the nice conversation and new route. We zigzagged east, took a brief excursion into Rock Creek, and headed back. Felt better than I have all week, which has reinstalled some confidence going into this season.
