Comments:
To Fresh Pond with RC. Pretty good conditions today--chunky ice mixed in with some exposed pavement. It was so awesome to get a little bit of speed work in. I ran 8x1min with Gabi with minute rest. While it didn't feel like an especially focused workout, it was still a nice chance to push the pace. Crunch progression (45sec) and squats (80) before.
