Comments:
Did a little workout in the pool. A punch of us were in there today!
Workout:
10 minute warm up
4x(2 minutes hard and 3 minutes easy/medium effort)
10 minute cool down
I felt good, no complaints anywhere. Hopefully it stays like that. I want to do every other day cross training, equaling to an hour, and 5-6 miles on the days I do run and a 7 mile long run if I am feeling up for it.
