Comments:
ran mostly with stronger groups of girls out and back route Wisconsin, Dorsett, Crescent. Turned just after the mile marker at the top of the stairs to Little Falls. Pace downhill was around 6:45. Kept that for about 2.5 miles some of the run was at a jog including when I'd double back during the final cool downs. Team looks incredibly strong for March 2.
