Comments:
Ran to darlington and back to keep it flat. Lower inside leg hurt the first two miles then faded. Feels more like a muscle than my shin itself which is good. Also doesn't hurt when I foam roll or press on the bone like it did last year when I got hurt. Gonna be careful with it still
