Comments:
It felt so much warmer today and I actually wore shorts for a change. We started today with a warm up in fall creek then we headed to Stewart park. After we got there we did a fartlek workout of 4 minutes in and 1 minute off. We got progressively faster through each rep. I felt like this workout was meant to improve our respiration because my legs didn't feel all that tired. Overalls I liked the workout and it was good to pack up with the team again. Afterwards we did a cool down and went back to IHS. Then we did this jumping course thing in the multipurpose room. After that I did a lot of core and stretching.
