Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
I went hard on the elliptical and I was going to jump on the bike after but I couldn't get a good pace. I'll make up for it tomorrow, when the weather is better. On the elliptical I started at level 6 and went up every mile. Last minute and a half I did level 10.
I lifted legs and did more reps on the left leg in an effort to strengthen that side more. I did abs in my room and bands.
