Comments:
Today was a nice easy run meant for recovery. We all started together as a huge pack but some of the guys wanted to run for less since it was freezing out so they went in early. On the way to cass there was a foot of snow we had to run through for a little. I only fell down once. It was a little hard to run on top of the ice throughout the run as well. Afterwards when we got back we did 10 strides of about 100 meters focusing on form(which is represented by the 1000 meters) with a jog back(represented by the other 1000). Once I got into the gym I did some new kind of stretching I forgot the name and abs.
