Comments:
It was much nicer out today for this workout and I felt pretty great during it. For some reason I felt much stronger than the last one. My watch died for some reason so the distance and guesses based on the paces we were going. I'll charge it up later. We had a pretty good pack running together mostly the same guys I normally did the workout with in cross. I feel like this workout was more difficult than the last one but I pushed myself more. I focused on form and worked harder during the 2:00 reps. The team looked strong as a whole in this one too all our guys were working hard and I could tell. Got back to IHS and did some other new kind of stretching with these kind of lunges with your leg on the mat.

2 mins on -> 1 min jogging recovery
1 min on -> 30 secs jogging recovery
30 secs on -> 2 mins jogging recovery
