Comments:
Decided that I wanted to double today to get the mileage up for the week. Got to Barton at 8 and left at 8:30 so I could go for a 30 min run and be back before the start of the state meet. I went from Barton to the golf course around there and back. Saw some great races at the state meet and I was glad that I went probably the best race was the 2 mile in which Aidan Tooker barely out kicked Mikey Branaghan by 0.03 seconds in 9:05.
