Comments:
it was a good run until the end. my legs felt great and i broke into my new running shoes today but i felt so nauseous by the end and i was just standing there for a good 10 minutes about to vomit after my last 200. overall, it was a okay workout. legs felt great though!

splits: 3:52 (800), 00:51 (200), 00:47 (200), 00:48 (200), 00:43 (200 all-out).

extra: 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats, 4x10 bicep curls at 20 pounds, 4x10 standing calf raises at 100 pounds, 5x10 hip abduction inward at 60 pounds, 5x10 hip abduction outward at 60 pounds, 3x10 lateral pulls at 70 pounds, 1x10 back extension at 70 pounds.
