Pick ups on rolling hills

Comments:
With my best friend Silas... Drove to Silas' house. We took a circuitous route around Glen Echo Heights and Woodacres. After 8 min warm up, some leg swings, and one strider, we started 6 one minute pick ups. Once I loosened up, I felt pretty good. Worked well with Silas. Took two minutes steady between each interval. 7 min cool down afterwards. Rushed a few stretches.
