Cross trainer another day to play it safe. I hate this because I keep feeling like I'm okay to come back but then it starts hurting after a few days. This time it's been two days since it has hurt so hopefully tomorrow is safe to try? I guess I'll decide that then. Rode the bike for an hour at level 13 and up. Got a good sweat in
