Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Went to the weight room after practice, sure we were going to have a snow day and feeling a need to do at least some of the circuit, as I haven't done any strength besides the standard practice stuff in a while.
3x 10 Tristan leg lift things
3x 15 Step ups (15 on each leg)
3x15 Free weight press
3x15 Hamstring curls (even after not doing them for 2.5 week, I've suddenly moved up a weight?!)
And a handful of some other stuff I can't remember
