Comments:
We ran in a group at Halifax, definitely pushing the pace as we went along. It was good because it switched off every so often on who felt good. It was hard to breathe, just because of the change of weather. I got tired after mile 4. Loving the weather :D
We did abs by the rock wall. I iced bathed after with Stacey.
