Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got a nice easy run in with Lucas today. I thought more of the distance guys would show up since the season has started now but it was just me and Lucas. We up to the end of the east hill rec way then down past Giles road all the way to the commons then we ran all the way through the commons up university and around Cornell back to the track. It was a solid run and we took it a little slower than normal. Later in the day I went skiing for a few hours as well. First week official week of track training was great.
