Speed Workout

Comments:
We got a speed workout which was great because I could feel it working other parts of my body. I could really feel it in my upper thighs. We started with a 10 minute warm up which went to a faster paced run for 5 minute then a tempo for another 5. We got to IHS and did 5 350 m repeats with every other 50m on and the next 50m as a glide in which we didn't lose momentum. We didn't time our 350s but did them by feel. We had a 5 minute jog in between which I am guessing on distance. Afterwards we had a long cooldown through Stewart where we had a small snowball fight and me and neil ran across the lake for a little. Afterwards we got back and lifted. I like that in our workouts we are working both our physical and anaerobic fitness. Also today it felt very warm and I could wear shorts and a t shirt.
