Comments:
We had a slow warm up. The tempo was fast, partly my fault on that. It was hard to pace it out in the second lane. It was 6:25, & 6:15. After mile one we left it open for everyone to go if they felt good or not. I felt good and picked up the last 1200. The 200's were an all out sprint. The first one was slow because we didn't know what pace you wanted it to be. We did bands after. Super happy to get a good workout in.
